This page explains how files, page usage and contact information are handled. Updated 5 October 2026.
Files used in the browser tools
The CSV cleaner, feedback planner, image optimizer and mockup generator process files in your browser. Their file contents and screenshots are not uploaded by these tools. Downloaded feedback projects contain the screenshots and notes you choose to save; keep and share those files carefully.
The website health check sends the requested public page address to Google PageSpeed Insights. Each tool describes its processing and limits.
Optional usage analytics
Google Analytics measures visits and task events so I can understand which pages and tools are useful. Custom task events contain public page information, a fixed export format and record counts where relevant. They do not contain file contents, filenames or feedback text.
You can turn off the site's usage analytics for this browser. The preference is saved locally. The loader also respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track.
Contact and chat
When you choose to send an enquiry, the details you provide are processed by the contact service to deliver your message. Existing live chat pages use Tawk.to. WhatsApp links open a draft or conversation through WhatsApp. The analytics setting above controls Google Analytics; it does not switch off these separate contact services.
