Website feedback tool
& redesign planner.

Turn website feedback into a clear plan for your developer. Add a screenshot, point out what needs changing, set priorities and download an annotated image with a matching redesign brief.

Your files stay on this device. Processing is local, with no file uploads, tracking scripts or third-party libraries on this tool page. Working data is cleared when you leave or reload.

Start with your page

One JPG, PNG or WebP. Maximum 20 MB and 16 megapixels. Exports scale down only when the longest edge exceeds 4096 px. Animated inputs become a still image. Adding another screenshot replaces existing notes.
For the brief only. This tool does not visit or capture the address.

Mark the change

Keyboard alternative: add a mark at centre, then describe the location in the note.

Choose a screenshot or try the demo to begin.

Choose a numbered pin and click the screenshot. For arrows and highlights, drag across the area. Each mark has its own change request and priority. The dark selection ring is not included in the export.

Your annotated screenshot will appear here.

    A practical workflow

    How to use this tool.

    01 / Capture

Take a screenshot of the page

Use a screenshot from your existing website, staging page or design mockup. Capture the relevant area and remove private information before sharing the final image.

    02 / Annotate

    Point to the exact change

Add a numbered pin, draw an arrow or highlight an area. Describe the desired result: for example, explain pricing before the contact form or make the booking button easier to find.

    03 / Prioritise

    Separate blockers from polish

Mark changes high, medium or low priority. Include the business goal so your developer can discuss trade-offs rather than guessing what a vague comment means.

    04 / Share

Give your developer a usable brief

Download the annotated PNG and text brief together. Note numbers match. For a broader rebuild, use the website brief builder; for performance issues, use the website speed test.

    What it can help with

    Common questions.

What is a website feedback tool?

A website feedback tool helps a reviewer explain changes visually. This free tool places numbered notes, arrows and highlights on a screenshot and exports a matching developer brief. It does not install a widget on your website.

How do I give clear website redesign feedback?

Take a screenshot, mark the relevant area, describe the desired change and explain its purpose. Assign a priority and include your business goal. Download both the annotated screenshot and the brief so the developer can match each comment to its location.

Can I annotate a live website URL?

No. Add a JPG, PNG or WebP screenshot from your device. The optional page address is saved in your downloaded brief as a reference only. The tool does not fetch or capture live websites.

    Are screenshots or feedback uploaded?

No. Images and notes are processed in memory in your browser. They are not uploaded or saved to an account. Download your work before leaving or reloading the page.

Can I use it with my agency or developer?

Yes. The annotated PNG and plain-text redesign brief can be shared with your existing agency, freelancer or internal developer. Both exports are free, without a watermark. There is no online team workspace or share link.

Does this tool automatically audit my website?

No. You choose the changes and priorities. The planner records your feedback; it does not diagnose accessibility, SEO, performance or conversion problems. A developer should review the proposed scope before implementation.
