Give your property a website that helps people picture working there, find the right space and get in touch.
I’m Hasnain Qureshi. I develop commercial property and real estate websites for buildings and campuses, with content your team can manage. My work includes Cambridge Research Park and The New 1540 Broadway.
I work remotely with the people marketing the property, whether the brief starts with a London agency, a US owner or an existing design team. My role is frontend development and content integration; we agree reviews, handover and working-hour overlap before starting.
United Kingdom / London teams
A clear publishing workflow
For a London property team, we can map the building pages, availability, floor plans and enquiry route to the content editors need to maintain. My UK project evidence is Cambridge Research Park, a campus website outside London where I worked on the Next.js frontend and WordPress integration.
United States / New York proof
A property story that stays usable
For US teams, the New 1540 Broadway case study shows my responsive Next.js frontend contribution to a New York commercial property website. It connects photography, amenities, location and available space with WordPress-managed content.
Planning a budget in the UK or US? The website cost calculator shows separate illustrative GBP and USD ranges. It is a planning tool, not a market price or project quote.
What we can build
Help visitors understand the space on offer.
This service suits single buildings, office developments, commercial campuses and the agencies that market them. We agree the pages and functionality around your property and content.
01 / Presentation
A considered property experience
Building pages, photography, amenities and location information, implemented from your brand and design direction. Layouts adapt to phones, tablets and larger screens.
02 / Availability
Make the next step easy to find
Available space, specifications, floor-plan downloads and contact routes can sit together. Visitors can review the details before sending an enquiry to the right team.
03 / Publishing
Keep property information current
A WordPress content workflow can let your editors update availability, images, news and page sections. We define the editable fields and publishing process before development.
04 / Release
Build the foundations for discovery
Readable page content, descriptive titles, image alternatives, canonical URLs and a sitemap. For a replacement website, we also plan redirects for any page addresses that change.
Need a listing feed, CRM connection or interactive map? Share the provider and required workflow so I can assess the integration before including it in the scope.
Working together
From your brief to a working website.
You work directly with me on implementation. If your designer or agency owns the creative direction, we can agree the handover, review points and responsibilities together.
01
Review the property and brief
Share the current website or designs, intended audience, available content and launch requirements. We identify what visitors need to know and do.
02
Agree the scope and estimate
Define page templates, editable content, integrations and review rounds. The proposal sets out the deliverables, timeline, responsibilities and handover.
03
Build and review in context
Review working pages with your actual photography and property information. We check mobile layouts, content editing, navigation and enquiry journeys.
04
Prepare the launch and handover
Check the agreed scope, forms, links, publishing and deployment. Document how to manage the website and agree any ongoing support separately.
Before you commission a website
Practical questions. Straight answers.
A useful brief starts with the property, the people using the site and the content your team needs to manage.
How much does a commercial property website cost?
I quote after reviewing the scope. A single-building website with supplied designs and content requires different work from a campus site with multiple templates, availability feeds and CRM integration. Use the website cost calculator for a planning range, then share your page list, designs and content status with the website brief builder so I can prepare a relevant estimate.
How long will development take?
The timeline depends on the number of templates, design readiness, content, integrations and review rounds. I provide a schedule after reviewing those items. If you have a fixed marketing launch, include that date in the first brief so we can discuss what is realistic.
Can our team update availability and property content?
Yes. We can make agreed fields and sections editable in WordPress, including availability, property details, photography and news. My Cambridge Research Park work connects WordPress content to a Next.js frontend through GraphQL and ACF components. Publishing and editor handover form part of the agreed scope.
Can you work from our agency’s existing designs?
Yes. Share the desktop and mobile layouts, brand guidelines, image assets and interaction requirements. We can review missing states and CMS needs before implementation. The case studies above describe my frontend and content integration contributions.
Does a property website need Next.js and headless WordPress?
No. A conventional WordPress website may be sufficient for a simpler brief. A separate Next.js frontend is worth considering when the presentation, reusable components or application requirements justify the extra publishing and maintenance work. We should choose the setup around your needs.
Can you replace an existing website and retain its page URLs?
We can inventory the existing URLs and keep them where practical. Where addresses change, the release plan should include permanent redirects, updated internal links, canonical URLs and a new sitemap. Search positions can change during a migration, so rankings cannot be guaranteed.
Do you work with UK and US property teams?
Yes. I am based in Karachi, Pakistan and work remotely with UK, US and worldwide teams. My portfolio includes a UK research campus and a New York commercial building website. We agree meeting times, working-hour overlap and review arrangements before starting.
Your next website
Tell me about the property.
Send your current website or design link, the kind of space you market and what the new website needs to do.
Include your target launch date and budget range if you have them. I’ll review the brief and reply with questions or a proposed next step.
