A useful MVP lets an early customer complete the task your product promises. For a support product, that might mean signing in, starting a conversation and finding its history later. A dashboard alone does not complete that workflow.
I can help with these parts of a SaaS application, with the first release scoped around your users:

ChatKnot brings website visitors, conversations, leads and brand administration into one product. My contribution spans the React dashboard, Node.js and Express APIs, authentication, SQL data and live communication with Socket.io and Redis.
The important connection is between an event and its lasting record: a live conversation also needs history, visitor context and access controls. That is relevant to an MVP whose workflow continues after a browser tab closes.

How to scope the first release
- Choose the user and outcome. Describe who will use the product and one task they must finish.
- Map the complete workflow. Include permissions, data, failure states and any external integration needed to finish that task.
- Separate launch requirements from later ideas. Keep features necessary to evaluate the core product, and record what can wait.
- Agree on acceptance and handover. Define how the workflow will be checked, where it will run and what your team needs to maintain it.
For an existing application, share the current stack, the failing or missing workflow and relevant access constraints so we can identify a useful starting point.

Can UK and US teams hire you remotely?
Yes. I am based in Karachi, Pakistan, and available for remote projects with teams in the United Kingdom and United States. Share your team’s time zone, required meeting hours and project scope so we can agree on a practical collaboration schedule before starting.
How much will a SaaS MVP cost?
I scope the work before quoting. Roles, integrations, billing, existing code and launch requirements affect the estimate. Send a short product brief, your budget range and the workflow that matters most; those are more useful than a long feature wishlist.
Can you take over an existing React or Node.js product?
Yes. My services include improving existing products, API integration and stabilisation. A useful first brief names the current problem, how it affects users and what the next release needs to achieve.
